When you use our mobile application (the “App”) and more generally, use any of our services (the “Services”, which include the App), we appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we seek to explain to you, in the clearest way possible, what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. By accessing or using any part of the Payload apps, you agree to this Policy. This Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Payload Apps after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.

  1. People Under the Minimum Age

The Payload Apps are not intended for people under 18 years of age (the “Minimum Age”). No one under the Minimum Age may provide any information to or on the Payload Apps. We do not knowingly collect information from people under the Minimum Age, do not use or provide any information on the Payload Apps or on or through any of its features, make any purchases through any of the Payload Apps, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Payload Apps or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number e-mail address or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a person under the Minimum Age without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Payload Technologies Inc. built the Payload Mobile app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Payload Technologies Inc. and is intended for use as is.

The app collects location data to enable routing, geofences, and location suggestions. Location data is collected while a field ticket is active even when the app is closed or not in use.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
